1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including web design, brand identity, SEO, website maintenance, and Google Ads management. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services & Pricing

We provide the following services at the base rates listed below. Final pricing may vary based on project scope:

  • Website Design & Development – Starts at $5,000
  • Website Support & Maintenance $149/month
  • Google Ads Management – $199
  • Brand Design – Starts at $1,000
  • SEO Consultation Packages – Starts at $500

Custom add-ons and additional services are available upon discussion and agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms vary depending on the service provided.
  • Payment is required as agreed upon in the service agreement.
  • Subscriptions (such as maintenance plans) are billed monthly.
  • Payments can be made via all major credit cards, ACH transfer, or hand-delivered checks.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are available upon request, less the cost of services already rendered.
  • Subscription services can be canceled month to month.
  • Custom services and add-ons are handled on a case-by-case basis, with changes communicated via email, text, or verbal agreement.

5. Ownership of Work

All final deliverables, including websites, branding materials, and digital assets, are the sole property of the client upon completion and full payment.

6. Service Termination

Either Odyssey Creative or the client may terminate services if Odyssey Creative determines the client is not a good fit or the client finds Odyssey Creative is not a suitable partner for their needs.

In either case, any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Odyssey Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, web design, advertising, or other digital services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Georgia courts.
